Today I started weight training with my PT at the Worcester Fitness Center. It feels so good to have the muscles in my arm "firing" again. He said I can do these pulldowns and whatnot at home as well. I'm psyched! My arm is moving around again!! Only a few short months and I'll be at full strength.
I just have to keep in mind that tendons heal very slowly and it will be at least 6 months before I can play the roughhouse game.

That's awesome! And once done there, hit the Starbucks next door for a nice coffee treat, to totally ruin all the good work you did several minutes previously. Pure genious I tell you! jk lol
What exercises are you doing with weights?

They just have me doing lat pulldowns and deltoid pulls in every direction. Almost all machine stuff with just a few raises with 2-3 lb weights
