2,000 Calories of pure bliss

I used to go out to Moe's and eat a burrito and some chips & cheese with Jenny, Stacey, and Steve. The sucky part about Moe's is that what I used to eat came to a little under 2,000 calories.

While doing this contest a bunch of people have asked what the hell our diets consist of. Everyone in the office is doing something pretty different.

Todd: Eating very few calories. Around 1000 per day
Tristan: Eating less ice cream and planning on crash dieting the last week
Matt: Apparently he's riding lawn mowers and eating mayonaise.
Tony: Is doing healthy food and staying below 1800 calories
Adam: Eating around 1400 calories, protein bars, shakes, and using HyrdoxyCut
Jay: Eating around 1800 calories, protein bars, and shakes for breakfast and dinner

Other insanely bad foods:
Awesome Blossom w. Sauce: 2880 calories
Burger King Old Fashioned Ice Cream Shake: 1200 calories
Burger King Fries: 600 calories
Burger King Double Whopper with Cheese: 1150 calories
A Burger King Whopper Value Meal’s calories range from 1,300 to 1,800 depending on the size of the soft drink and the fries.

While you're eating nice and clean, on the weekends give your body a break by having a couple of scheduled cheat meals. This tricks the body into maintaining its usual metabolism instead of going into a lean-burn metabolic role. If you enter the latter state the body burns less calories. It's also fun to binge on 1-2 meals if they are well deserved.
