Week #2 - Week #3 Comparison Photos

You can see that the fat burning moved a little more towards the stomach. The shoulders are a bit more defined and the waist is a good size or two smaller. You can finally see some ribs as well

In this picture you can see some upper ab muscles creeping in ever so slowly and the man boobs are raising up a bit. You can also see some obliques creeping in above the waist and under the elbow.
I did an unofficial weigh-in at Matt's BBQ today and it looks like I dropped another 4 lbs this week but I'll have to wait until Tuesday for the real weigh-in to verify.
Some things of note:
- I really need to towel off the sweat before next weeks photo. I looked like a greased pig
- I got amazing advice and tips from Andy and B today. More on that tomorrow or Tuesday.
- I did really well at the BBQ. I probably consumed about 800 calories. Not too shabby
- 10 minute rounds on the bag are doable for me now
- Stacey is going to be my track buddy on Mondays!
- I'm eating well and not starving myself. Just working out a whole hell of a lot.
- I fell in love with the UFC reality show on Spike TV today. New season tonight at 11:05
- Volleyball in 90 degree heat with pants on is not a smart move
- Tristan knows how to make some serious fake chicken kabobs
- The meat eaters ate them and had no clue. You know that's good stuff!
- I'm a little bummed that I never had a high school reunion
- It's nice to hang out with my work friends... out of effin work. It felt good.
- Jenny is my teammate as well as my soul mate. She champions all my efforts for this little experiment. She's amazing.
- People who play with large predators and don't expect them to attack are jackasses
- I may be addicted to the experiment/contest and to this blog. Help.

Holy crap.
This is the first I've heard of this experiment. a RIOT.
And jay. Please towel off first. Yes.
DUDE! I watched UFC all friggin DAY yesterday while I was as sick as a pig. Where was the finale? I watched them all and was waitin on the big showdown that never happened.
It was on at 9pm EST. It was insane. Forest and Griffin went 3 rounds and both won a contract for 100g's. It was the most amazing fight EVER!
Arrrrgh. I bet the Tivo was taping the 4400 for Kim instead.
What is 4400?
Whoa check this shit out. This is the kind of stuff I like to read minus the sweaty, shirtless white guys.
I've long been into keeping in shape and proper dieting. To see it in competition form is great.
I'll be watching this site to both laugh and hopefully pick up a tip or two I may not have heard.
BTW the UFC is fucking awesome. I've been watching it since the very first PPV event. I've seen it live in Atlantic City and have even gotten into the Japanese side of mixed fighting with Pride FC. If your interested in mixed martial arts and solid training methods this is the sport to watch.
Best of luck,
Pete
