A bit discouraging

This weeks progress was a bit discouraging for a few of us. I had dropped 3lbs in weight but only .5% body fat (last week I dropped 4lbs and 2.5% body fat). I'm not sure what that means.

Did I lose muscle?
Not eat enough?
Did I have less water in my system today?
Why do the photos show so much progress in terms of burning fat but the meter doesn't read it?

Any help or theories would be awesome!

END OF WEEK #2
Weight: 178.8lbs
Body Fat: 16.2%
Workout: Punching Bag / Weight Training / Karate / Running / Bleacher Sprints / Jump rope

Staying with it is key. When you lose weight / fat, it's rare that you lose a consistent amount week over week. Some week's you'll lose a ton, others you'll hold steady. It's unpredictable and rather like a rollercoaster. 2-3 lb of body weight loss per week is a healthy, maintainable loss which indicates the weight will stay off. Also remember your body will reproportion itself while you lose weight. You may look leaner and meaner yet weigh the same due to an increase in musculature. Muscle weight more than fat. Keep it up, don't be discouraged, you're doing great!
