Trying hard at least

Win or lose I tried my butt off tonight. I followed Marty's advice and walked/ran tonight at the track.

.75 miles walking
1.5 miles running
10 minutes of jump roping (i'm actually getting this down finally)
2 x 5 minute rounds of boxing
12 sets of weight lifting
250 ab exercises

If I lose it shouldn't be from a lack of trying!
