Week #1

Well when I created this I really had no idea what I would use it for but I think I found a topic. At work we are doing a body fat contest to see who can improve their body fat the most in 5 weeks. Jenny and I decided to take photos and measurements to track my progress on top of the weekly body fat measurements and weigh-ins.

I was inspired by this site ( http://www.naturalphysiques.com/cms/index.php?itemid=144 )
He has a silly DHTML ad that pops up and makes his page break. So you have to hit refresh to actually see the content.


Each week I'll try to include my weight, body fat, photo, and cardio excersize

COMPETITON START DAY
Weight: 186lbs
Body Fat: 19.2%
Workout: Eating a lot of fatty foods


END OF WEEK #1
Weight: 181.8lbs
Body Fat: 16.7%
Workout: Punching Bag / Weight Training / Karate


Here are my photos from Week 1 to Week 2


You can see some definition creeping in around the shoulders and obliques. A bit more definition and loss of man boob as well. (PS That's sweat you goons, not oil. Jeesh. Bit sick of getting razzed for that one! haha)


You can see a bit of loss in the overall width of my chest and back. (lost 2 inches) The gut looks about the same but the chest muscles peek out a bit more. Still have a mean farmers tan.
