Week 3-4 Progress Photos

Well it's that time again. Another week has gone by and Jenny and I snapped some photos. I put them all on a gallery style page to help me compare the progress. Check it out by clicking the image below or the Progress Gallery Images in the right bar.

I definitely look like i've lost weight and I think I'm about as skinny as I want to get. You can see new ab muscles creeping in at the top and I lost another inch in the waist but that hard to get rid off bottom-belly-fat is persisting. Looks like more cardio in my future. You can see more definition all around and it looks a little strange now that I actually towelled off the sweat! :) Eh well.. let's see what next week brings.

I can't wait to get to my bulking phase now! I feel too thin in this photo. PS - I took the photo in my work out room which had shelves of misc crap so I cropped it out. Looks cool on a black background anyhow! :)

I won't know my weight or my body fat until the official weigh-in on Tuesday. Hopefully i've made some progress there. I smell a victory!

Are you friggin kidding me? Look at you, studmuffin! It's like night and day. You're toned, your abs are gonna pop right out when you work 'em out and you're nicely proportioned / symmetrical. It's clear you've been busting some serious tail. All of this in 4 weeks. Give yourself a serious slap on the back, you don't do things by halves. 2 more weeks and you'll be a killing machine. Then the fun begins, it's a whole different game baby. Congratulations.

Thanks so much guys! I've been really working my butt off. Running, bleacher sprints, boxing, karate, weight lifting, ab exercises, and really doing well with my meal plan. I'm psyched at how fast someone can turn a body around. I mean crap.. this is only the start of the 4th week! It's cool to prove how just killing it for a few weeks can get you back in shape!

I really love the documenting and experiment nature of all of this too. I'm learning a bunch about how the human body works and doesn't work. The science of all of this is amazing!
