Quick update on my fitness. I am at 174 (gained 4 lbs) and 12.5% body fat (gained .5% fat). I'm still eating well and doing martial arts 3 times a week so maintaining has been a breeze.
I haven't worked out since the contest though. I've been wrought with injury. The neck injury spiraled into the shoulder dislocation which then went into an abdominal tear that still hasn't healed. I'm good enough to start working out again but my surgery is 10 days away. Looks like I'll hit the weights in April. God knows I'll need it by then.
Hopefully I don't get too pudgy during my recovery process.
