I have glasses and a new monitor to boot
Looks like using my 10" sony vaio for my main computer for the last few years wasn't so good for my eyes. I have a stigmatism that was irritated by the 10+ hours of strain I was putting on them.
The good news though is that I got to buy a cool monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse! Woot!!
You can still see my little laptop right below the monitor. What a difference it is to have my face more than 12"'s from a screen all day.

I'll show you my pic of me in glasses if you'll show me yours big boy...
I'll have to get a pic of me with glasses up!! I'm such a nerd but I feel good in them. I was like a mr. potato head missing his accessories!!
Now I just saw my eye doctor the other day and he told me I didn't need glasses for my newly discover stigmatism. I should see somebody else because I think I need glasses.
btw... your updated
I've been dealing with stigmatism since I was in single digits. I actually kind of like the way I look in glasses over nakedface. Then again, I can't see myself realtime without them, so what do I know?
I'm curious what lasik would do for me, though, since I can't see things like 3D movies or those Stariogram (sp?) things.
In any case, rock your specs!
I had a stigmatism since I was 8... glasses and contacts ever since.
BTW, thanks for the heads up un the change of blog address... I fixed my link for ya already :)
I started with glasses @ the age of 5, but thanks to the miracle of lasers I have not have to wear them or contacts for 5 years.
They cleared up my eyes, to 20/15, from 20/450 (if I remember correctly).
BTW.. blog link updated.

I started wearing them at about ten, but I can't bring myself to let any type of laser come near my eye. Just a personal preference, that's all :)
Don't worry Jay, you'll soon learn that glasses are > then no glasses.
