Fructose -> Water = 10lbs

3 months before I entered into this strange contest/experiment I was 10lbs heavier than my first photo. I actually weighed 196lbs and had a pretty good sized whoompa going. In an effort to lose a few pounds I switched everything I drank (Coffee, Soda, Juice, Ice Tea, etc) to only water. In less than 3 months I had dropped down to 186lbs. Not a lot of effort with a whole hell of a lot of pay off.

So in short - avoid High Fructose like the plague.

I've quit drinking soda's for the most part. I have one every now and then, depending on where I'm at... But I mostly drink water now as well. Now I need to start looking into your diet routine. Looks promising! =)

Right on man! Fructose is the killer. Keep in mind that I am absolutely killing with the cross-training as well. I think that's why my results are coming as quickly as they are. I'm hitting the track, boxing, weight training, and 12 sets of abs every-other day. I started with a 30 minute workout now i'm at 1.5 hours a night. It's the age old non-mystery. Eat well and exercise like a champ. And it doesn't hurt to have Vitamin B and Asphyxiate as my virtual coaches!

I get my cardio in through my karate class, I'm actually goig in an hour early so I get a good 2 hour workout. I'll probably start hitting the gym in the afternoons as well if my job schedule changes over (which I hope it does).
