Fitness Update

I did the weigh in by myself today over at Curves where my Mom works. Here are the results.

170lbs (-1.2lb from last week)
11.9% body fat (-1% from last week)

So i'm still improving even with the neck injury. I worked out on Monday night and it felt good so I think I'm back in the game. I hope I can get back to 185 with 10% body fat. It will probably take quite some time but that's the goal!

No photos on Sunday because of tech difficulties and photographer difficulties (aka Jenny "the director!") So hopefully I can get some up tonight since it's been 3 weeks! Here is a fun comparison photo though. It's funny how much you can change the human body in just a few short weeks.

Exactly. I'm 6ft tall so 170 is a bit too gangly for me. I want to keep my body fat down to about 10-12% while packing the muscle back on. I can't believe this winter I weighed almost 30lbs more than I do now. Insane!
