Today is the Day

Well it's finally here. The last day for the competition. At 10am EST we'll hop on the scale and use the body fat analyzer. We didn't have a chance to do the measuring last week because of the chaos so it should be interesting to see who has climbed and who has fallen.

Win, lose, or draw I think there have been some life changing decisions around the office.

1. We all understand how we used to just plain eat too much.
2. We are avoiding high fructose corn syrup like the pluage.
3. It doesn't take a whole heck of a lot to just "Do It" and get in shape
4. Diet is absolutely as important as your fitness schedule
5. Lifting weights alone will not achieve your results

Can't wait for 10am! Wish me luck. I hope I'm $150 richer!!
